Founded in 1999 in Malaysia, Pop Films Asia began by producing music videos and television commercials. As our projects expanded across the region, we evolved into a specialist line production and film production services company in Asia, supporting international teams filming across China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Today, we provide comprehensive production services in Malaysia and across Asia, including line production, feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, permit coordination, crew sourcing, location management, and cross-border production logistics.

Filming in Asia requires more than coordination. It requires experienced local producers, reliable vendor networks, regulatory knowledge, and operational control. Our team ensures that international agencies, brands, studios, and production companies can execute projects in Asia with clarity and confidence.

We support a wide range of productions, including television commercials, branded content, documentaries, music videos, and digital campaigns. Each project is scaled appropriately — from lean documentary units to full commercial crews — with structured oversight of schedule, budget, compliance, and delivery.

In addition to on-ground production services, we operate a dedicated CGI, VFX, and animation division. This allows for integrated production planning when projects require post-production alignment from the earliest development stages.
